  1. The campaign begins on September 1st, 2019 and ends on November 30th, 2019.

  2. The campaign may end before November 30th, 2019 without notice, by decision of Westburne.

  3. To qualify for a reward, customers must (i) increase spend by $10,000, $25,000 or $75,000 during the months of September, October and November 2019 over last year, during the same period and (ii) meet the following conditions:

    1. Purchases must be invoiced before November 30th, 2019;

    2. Purchases before taxes/freight; and

    3. Eligible purchases can only be made from Participating Partners (as defined below).

    4. Customers must purchase products from any of the Participating Partners provided in the list below:

      1. Eaton (all products from Eaton, Eaton Bussman and Eaton Crouse-Hinds);

      2. ABB (Thomas & Betts products only);

      3. Acuity (all products from Acuity);

      4. Belden (all products from Belden);

      5. Brady (all products from Brady);

      6. Energizer (all products from Energizer);

      7. Fluke (all products from Fluke);

      8. Burndy (all products from Burndy);

      9. General Cable (all products from General Cable);

      10. Hubbell (all products from Hubbell);

      11. Ipex (all products from Ipex);

      12. Kidde (all products from Kidde);

      13. Klein Tools (all products from Klein Tools);

      14. Lutron (all products from Lutron);

      15. Nexans (all products from Nexans);

      16. Northern Cables (all products from Northern Cables);

      17. Nvent (all products from Nvent Hoffman, Nvent Nuheat and Nvent Raychem);

      18. Panduit (all products from Panduit, excluding customers from the province of Quebec and customers from the province of New Brunswick).

      19. PTI Cables (all products from PTI Cables);

      20. Signify (Philips products only);

      21. Stanpro (all products from Stanpro);

    5. In addition to the list provided above in Section 4, customers from the province of Quebec and customers from the province of New Brunswick can also purchase products from the following participating partners:

      1. Convectair (all products from Convectair);

      2. Delta (all products from Delta);

      3. Transfab (all products from Transfab);

      4. Ouellet (all products from Ouellet);

      5. Phoenix Contact (all products from Phoenix Contact).

    6. In addition to the list provided in Section 4, customers from the province of Saskatchewan, customers from the province of Manitoba and customers from the province of Ontario can also purchase products from the following participating partner:

      1. Dimplex (all products from Dimplex).

    7. (Collectively, the “Participating Partners”).

  4. Limit of one reward per customer.

  5. Prizes may vary according to availability and may not be exactly as pictured or as described.

  6. If the stock of a reward is depleted, the customer shall choose another reward that is available.

  7. The reward is awarded in its current state. Westburne is not responsible for any visible or hidden defects in the reward or for any damage during delivery (shipping) of the reward.

  8. The rewards offered in this program are covered by the manufacturers’ warranties. Westburne offers no additional warranty.

  9. If the reward consists of tickets for concerts, festivals, films, sports events or similar types of events and/or holidays/flights, there can be no claim on any form of compensation in case of cancellation.

  10. The winning customer is able to claim the reward up to one month (30 days) after the campaign ends. After this period, entitlement to the prize automatically expires.

  11. Use of the reward is at the expense and risk of the winner. The customer cannot hold Westburne liable for injuries or damages caused by the use of the reward.

  12. Westburne is not an interim between the manufacturer and the one who receives the reward.

  13. The customer’s account must be in good standing otherwise Westburne reserves the right to withhold the reward.

  14. Westburne reserves the right to exclude or reward a customer, if they are not acting in conformity with Westburne’s general Terms and Conditions.

  15. Westburne is entitled to, at its discretion and without notice;

    1. Change or modify the terms and conditions specific to this campaign for the duration of the program.

    2. Discontinue, modify or adapt the campaign for reasons of its own without any obligation to compensate the participants.

  16. Any changes or adaptations within the campaign will be communicated in an appropriate manner.
